Inés (she/her) is a Chicago based dance music selector. She began playing dance records on Ann Arbor's student radio, WCBN-FM, and quickly developed a passion for underground disco and house. Having recently moved back to Chicago, she focused her efforts on learning more about the city's unique blend of dance styles that come together as "house" - disco, jazz, soul, funk, industrial, and early electronic house. She has begun documenting her conversations with other dance music aficionados in "Chicago Dancefloor Archive", a zine interviewing DJs, dancers, and event planners who are interested in the legacy of Chicago house.
