Gianni Andreatta is a musician and instrument maker based in Chicago. They’ve primarily focused on flute construction in the past but have stepped away from making to become acquainted with keyboard percussion in hopes to make their own mallet instrument. They release most of their projects under their full name but also have work under Jelly Ear and Music for Dogs.
Their sets include music that hums in their day to day, songs they practice with or fixate on, implementing techniques they learn into their own work. There is also a smattering of unreleased tunes found throughout the set, collaborations with other artists or solo pieces that have yet to make it to a final project. It’s just a good bunch of songs :,-)
